Accounting Manager

The Impact Youll Make
In this role, you are a vital member of the Accounting team, managing the maintenance and enhancements of journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, cash flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. You will design operational procedures and processes, ensure integration of data, facilitate the annual audits and special projects, coordinate the work of external tax advisor and work with auditors.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage accounting and processing functions.
Establish and monitor internal control of assets.
Coordinate audits and tax filing for all entities.
Build and update financial reports.
Assist in the NetSuite bank reconciliation process, and enhance other NetSuite/Coupa/Concur processes.
What You Will Bring

Required Experience and Competencies:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, business or related filed.
Progressive accounting experience.
Two or more years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Talent Assets:
Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Oracle HCM.
