Bookkeeper

The perfect candidate will be detailed, multi-tasker, ability to work independently, pleasant in person and on the phone, possess a can-do attitude, and have the desire to grow with the company.

Primary Duties include, but are not limited to:

Bookkeeping
- Monthly bank reconciliation (multiple accounts)
- Prepare W-2s, 1099 and 1096 interest statements
- Bank deposits
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Communicate with colleague on rent collection / defaults
- Maintain rent roll
- General office duties
- Work with outside CPA during tax season on company returns
- Maintain files (both physical and electronically)
- Loan processing (will train)

Requirements: Excel (Microsoft Office Suite), QuickBooks, high math aptitude, familiarity with typical office machines (phone, fax, copier, scanner), accounting background, familiarity with real estate, excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic knowledge of loan processing and closing procedures, ability to work with stringent timelines.
